Create professional screenshots for the App Store and Google Play

Screenshots are one of the biggest factors in whether someone installs an app. Before reading descriptions or digging into the details, most users scroll through the screenshot carousel to quickly understand what the app does and why it's worth trying. A well-presented set of screenshots helps communicate your product's key benefits, reinforces your brand's credibility, and increases the conversion potential of your listing on the App Store and Google Play.

This generator turns plain screen captures into professional screenshots for the App Store and Google Play. Build visually consistent carousels with device frames, headlines, subtitles and custom backgrounds, then export everything at the exact resolutions the stores require. No need for complex design tools, and the peace of mind that your files stay on your device the whole time.

Continuous scene: one single strip instead of separate screens

When you turn on the continuous scene, the background (gradient, solid colour, pattern or image) and the base text stop belonging to each screen individually. They follow whatever is set on the first screen of the carousel and stretch across every screen after it, like a single wide strip. The phones stay individual, but they flow visually from one frame into the next.

It's the ideal way to show a journey through your app, like the steps of a sign-up or a purchase, with a connected visual identity from the first screen to the last.

Frequently asked questions

Are my screenshots uploaded to a server?

No. Everything happens in your browser. The images never leave your device, and your work is saved locally so you can come back to it later.

Which sizes should I use?

Google Play accepts 16:9 or 9:16 with sides between 320 and 3840 pixels, and the feature graphic must be exactly 1024x500. The App Store expects 1290x2796 for the 6.9-inch iPhone, 1242x2688 for the 6.5-inch, and 2048x2732 for the 12.9-inch iPad.

Why does my screenshot look cropped in the frame?

The phone screen adapts to the proportion of your capture when it looks like a phone screenshot. Very wide or very tall images are cropped to fill the screen, so upload a capture taken on the device itself for the best result.

How many screens can I create?

Up to eight, which covers the maximum both stores show in the carousel. You can duplicate a screen to reuse its style and then swap the image.
